From the community of UK PR bloggers (students, practitioners, academics), Stephen Davies must be at or close to the top of class (Drew Benvie’s the main challenger: he’s hiring btw).* Stephen has Google juice to spare.
So it’s good to hear that he’s found some of our student bloggers. The links will be good for you.
* I’m aware that I’ve potentially offended hundreds with this off-the-cuff remark. If you want league tables, Brendan Cooper‘s your blogger.
Stephen’s done a good job – and saved one of our LMU students a job, as I was about to ask one of our placements to research that very list.
BTW I don’t think you’ll offend anyone as I think most of us tell our clients that league tables aren’t important. Although I confess, you’ve just prompted me to look at Brendan’s list to see where I am 😉 – 19 fr me, Stephen is 21, Drew is 45, Brendan is 48 and you are 52!
Thanks for the mention Richard. I think my blog has dipped as I have put more time and effort into my other online channels. Twitter gets more traffic and subscribers than my blog now.
Could Leeds end up being the UK version of San Francisco (without the weather of course)? So many bloggers from there and stranger things have happened.
Controversial lists don’t mean anything fellas. It’s RSS subscribers that count. I’ve got 1500 of them:

He he! 🙂
Hi Richard,
When I found the link of Stephen’s blog, I was surprised at this. I would like to say thank you for your promotion and thank you for Stephen’s. ^^
Ooooh, I’m not so sure the league table is going to continue. I’m weighing up the positives vs the negatives. Some people love it, some hate it. It’s linklove, yes, but does it really serve a purpose? I find myself caught in the neck of the Long Tail!
