I’m back at work and reading a student submission reflecting on the past year. It contains this analysis of a meeting with me:
‘I did feel a bit threaten [sic] by Richard as he comes across as a very serious, honest gentleman.’
It may not be for everyone, but this is my style – and I’d be happy to have ‘a serious, honest gentleman’ engraved on my tombstone.
