Today I fielded what is now an infrequent request. A journalist I’d never heard of, writing for a publication I don’t read, wanted to talk about our course. A quick Google search established the credentials. It would have been dumb of me not to have used a search engine. (I’m becoming so dumb because of so many tools to aid my memory that I can scarcely remember how we ran a press office back in the dark ages.)
