Lessons in speed and transparency

I posted a link to a newspaper profile of Craig Newmark yesterday. Up pops the subject of the profile to comment ‘life is pretty surreal, ain’t it’ – so proving his point. Print publishing never offered this immediacy – and broadcasting rarely offers this built-in feedback loop.

Now I wish I’d also linked to the Malcolm Gladwell interview in the same newspaper, though I doubt that this superstar writer would have called by this blog.
