It’s time to let it go. It’s been untended for over a year now and the HTML code and FTP software are sitting on an old machine. So my old Write Effect site is about to vanish from the web (if anything can ever vanish in the digital space).
It never was much to shout about, but it does show that I was blogging on this subject back in 2001 (not quite a pioneer, but certainly an early adopter). By deciding against Blogger and choosing to create my own code I made life more difficult for myself – but learnt some lessons along the way.
Now it’s time to move on.
